The increased gap between the upper and lower dies creates an enclosed internal working space, accommodating thick carbon steel, stainless steel, large channel steel, round pipes, octagonal profiles, and extra-long bent parts. It enables the direct forming of deep U-channels, wide-angle hems, cylinder necking, and complex polygonal bends; large workpieces can be formed in a single pass without the need for flipping or segmented bending, thereby minimizing welded joints and processing errors.
